Course Description
Prerequisite: None. This course will build a solid foundation of electrical theory and principles needed for diagnosis and repair of basic automotive systems. Material covered in this course will include Ohm's law, Kirschhoff's law, electron theory, capacitance, resistance, AC/DC voltage, magnetism, electrical test equipment and circuit design and wiring diagram usage. Basic soldering and wiring repair will be covered.[Semesters Offered: Fall]
