Course Description
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in PSYC 101. An introductory course for the field of Organizational Psychology in which psychological theories, research, and methodologies are applied to human behavior in the workplace. Topics include but are not limited to: job satisfaction and engagement, interpersonal relations, motivation, group dynamics, organizational change, and leadership. [Semesters Offered: Fall]
